**Studio Policies**

1- You are on camera while on premises, starting from the doorbell to the Coreforma hall, and to the lockers. This is for everyone's safety and security.  

If we are recording for media purposes, (only done using handheld devices at ground level) we will continue to tell you in advance, and will respect your wishes if you tell us you do not want to be featured on our content. 

2- We can't admit late comers anymore. If the door is locked or your code does not work at or after the start of class, just take the mulligan and let us know via email. We will check the time and if you were within 5 minutes we will give you the credit or waive the fee (limit of 1 of these waivers a month). If you bang on the door, you will most likely not get the waiver, lose the credit, and may have your membership cancelled. So please just be considerate. The door is locked for your safety and security, as well as to avoid disruption by late comers during a class.  

3- Grip Socks are required. Yes, we have them (when our suppliers deliver on time) No, we will not make exceptions because you disagree with our pricing. Yes, you have the option to bring your own. No, we will not price match (the MSRP is on the tag)

4- Our No-show and Late-Cancel fees will be changed to $35 & $30 respectively, effective June 1, 2024. You will be granted one waiver every thirty days. We need to give everyone a chance to sign up for classes, so please adhere to our 10-hour notice policy. If you cannot make it, cancel your reservation asap.  

5- Non-Participants are not permitted in the studio during class.

6- No Glass Containers are permitted. We do not want anyone to get hurt by stepping on broken glass. Please bring a metal or plastic water container (we would prefer something more environmentally friendly, but the option is still yours)

7- Phone use during class in the studio is prohibited. Please don’t take calls, respond to messages, or record the class. Feel free to take before and after pictures (and tag us!)

8- COACHES HAVE DISCRETION TO REMOVE ANYONE FROM THE PREMISES

We want to thank you for being a part of our community. We are extremely proud of how many of you have shown up for yourself and continue to be amazed at your accomplishments. As we look to our 1-year anniversary, remember that Do Hard Shit was never just a cool neon sign, but a purpose-driven saying with history. You can Do Hard Shit, and have Done Hard Shit, and will continue to challenge yourself as you get stronger in the future. Thank you for letting us help you Engineer A Stronger You.
